All about the role:
The Electrolux Group’s Supply Chain teams are responsible for moving our products and services from the factory floors to family homes, organizing the flow of materials and information between manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and consumers. Through their agile, dynamic and efficacy-centered approach, our Supply Chain teams allow Electrolux Group to continue delivering extraordinary experiences for consumers all around the world.
What you’ll do:
As a senior OEM Planner, you will play a strategic role in planning and executing the S&OP cycle for imported products across Latin America. If you have great analytical and organizational skills, a detail-oriented frame of mind and are able to prioritize in a fast-paced and evolving environment, you’ve just found it! In detail, you will:
- Lead and execute monthly S&OP cycle for OEM products with responsibility to analyze demand forecasts, constraints, supplier capacity and logistics availability;
- Manage inventory policies, coverage and stock levels by country, SKU and cluster, providing analytical insights about service level, inventory and cost;
- Coordinate closely with local markets, global OEM teams and suppliers;
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects involving OEM products;
- Act proactively in scenarios involving supply constraints, logistics disruptions or container shortages;
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI)
Who you are:
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields;
- Solid background in Supply Chain, Planning, S&OP or Import Operations;
- Knowledge of tax/fiscal acts and basic accounting concepts;
- Strong experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP);
- Advanced English and Spanish skills are mandatory for daily interaction;
Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel) skills;
