Roles and Responsibility:
- Drive New Product Introduction Test activities at subcontractor factories
- Support the setup and review of manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with relevant parties (Business line engineering team, Test Designer, Planners, Suppliers) on new product introduction, yield improvement, and test cost reduction projects
- Drive qualifying new test hardware at subcontractor factories
- Have knowledge of Tester Software, Test Program (Advantest, Teradyne, etc.), and Test Data Analysis
- Support Security Testing Certification process at subcontractor factories
- Good communication skills. Participate in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team meetings
- Provide technical expertise and support all test related issues and test procedures at OSAT
- Provide support for yield improvement through detail analysis, problem solving and teamwork with cross functional team
Requirements:
- Minimum University Degree qualification in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Semiconductor Product and Test Engineering
- Basic problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of Digital, Mixed Signal test (or willingness to learn)
- Experience working on test equipment such as ATE tester, handlers or prober (or willingness to learn)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions
- Able to work independently with good initiative to overcome technical challenges
- Value teamwork and being flexible and able to work well in dynamic situation
