We are seeking a motivated Sr. NDP Engineer, this role determines design approaches and parameters. Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests, and evaluates results. Provides mentorship and technical guidance to less experienced team members
About your role:
Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to meet project requirements for new product development or enhancement. (45%)
Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests, and evaluates results. (40%)
Determines root cause analysis and testing activities to successfully meet requirements of project. (10%)
Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing compliance to product design within manufacturing, production, and quality assurance processes to meet internal and external standards and requirements. (5%)
Other duties as assigned.
About you:
Bachelor's or university degree in Engineering
Five to seven years of experience
Deep knowledge of engineering practices
Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
Advanced knowledge in MS Office
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail

$88,500 - $137,100
