CAI Business Units and the Markets We Serve

CAI Software is organized into three business units - Graphic Communications, Process Manufacturing, and Discrete Manufacturing – aligned to the markets we serve. This role is part of our Shared Services team which includes the functions that support CAI business units. This model enables deep industry focus at the BU level while benefiting from the scale, expertise, and stability of one unified organization—allowing CAI Software to deliver specialized solutions

About the Role

As a successful candidate for our Senior NetSuite Administrator position in our Sao Paolo, Brazil office, you will work in a dynamic environment where your responsibilities range from production support to project implementation efforts.

Senior Administrators on our team support multiple business groups and/or applications so you may also be asked to learn and support other applications. You will collaborate tightly with a highly talented & committed applications team, including systems analysts. You are an independent thinker, comfortable with sharing and accepting ideas in an open manner - and you expect the same to be reciprocated. You must possess solid written and verbal communication skills and have an aptitude for thriving in complex situations. Lastly, you should enjoy working in a fast-paced, self-directed, diverse and customer service-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

  • NetSuite Administration: Oversee all aspects of NetSuite administration, including user access, roles, permissions, customization, and configuration.
  • Customization and Development: Design, develop, and implement customizations, workflows, scripts, and extensions using SuiteScript (1.0, 2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and other NetSuite development tools.
  • System Integration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate NetSuite with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support, diagnose issues, and resolve system-related problems in a timely manner to maintain system integrity and performance.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user guides. Conduct training sessions for end-users as needed.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of NetSuite updates, new features, and best practices. Evaluate and recommend system improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated high proficiency and hands-on experience with NetSuite in a moderately to highly complex business global environment.
  • Demonstrated overall IT experience.
  • Administration and configuration experience in at least two (2) of the following functional areas: Financials, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management
  • Use of debug and tracing tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of one (1) or more of the functional areas: Financials, Sales/Marketing, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management
  • Speak and write English fluently, to support users.

Desired Knowledge

  • Understanding of NetSuite technical architecture, system level troubleshooting.
  • Broad knowledge of a wide array of IT and accounting activities and processes beyond NetSuite.
  • Understanding of project management principles.
  • Knowledge on Salesforce technical architecture, and experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce.
