The associate has to work closely work with the customers in US.

The Senior .NET Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software solutions using Microsoft technologies. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications, contributes to technical design decisions, and promotes software engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

You will be the offshore anchor for our software platform and bridge the gap between onsite and offshore execution, ensuring that every line of code meets our standards for quality, security, and performance.  Balances deep coding expertise with the high-level oversight required for the automotive aftermarket domain is a tall order. The candidate needs to be as much a mentor and gatekeeper as they are a developer.

Activities

  1. Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications and services.
  2. Collaborate with onsite Team to translate business vision into technical roadmaps and ensure the team adheres to design patterns.
  3. Code reviews, enforce 100%-unit test coverage, and manage technical debt using tools like Mend.
  4. Own the build and release process for INT/QA/Prod environments and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines.
  5. Ensure all development follows GDPR guidelines and proactively addresses vulnerabilities and penetration testing risks.
  6. Conduct thorough impact analyses for user stories and identify technical blockers before they impact the sprint.
  7. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  8. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
  9. Participate in architecture, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
  10. Troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve application issues.
  11. Collaborate with QA, Product Owners, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
  12. Support CI/CD implementation and application deployment processes.

Qualifications

  1. Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core/.NET.
  2. Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
  3. Experience with relational databases (SQL Server) and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework.
  4. Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
  5. Experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.
  6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
