Serves as aSeniorapplication specialist inMiningTechnology industry. Leverages mining technology application knowledge to improve mining operations, process, change management, increase customer loyalty, and improve sales force effectiveness. This position supports new implementations forMineStarFleet..Also supplies recommendations back through the Product Development group to influence future product development. This position will influence market requirements, trends, and key areas for product improvement. The technology specialist is assigned to a region and will report on the status of accounts and will be supported closely by more experienced Application Specialists.Provide continuous, on‑the‑job coaching to ensure correct system usage andoptimaloperational performance. Deliverfocusedtechnical coaching to build autonomy, confidence, and operational maturity.Strong supervisory skills with a focus on accountability and performance.Effectivesupervisiondriving consistency, safety, and results.
Whatyou willdo:
Actsinbehalf of site manager as neededfacing customersand oremployees.
Provide team supervision and leadership in the Site Manager’s absence.
Serve as acting supervisor for the team during Site Manager absences
Drive customer recognition ofvalueof product feature design, improved processes, and change management.
Support customers byproviding productapplicationexpertise
Support customers on recommendations to improve operations usingMineStartechnology
Consults with site on basic features and processes are in place to support mining technology
Benchmarks site performance using several metrics to ensure continuous improvement
RecommendsMineStarBest Practices and processes
Support customers through the change management process
Supports basic training of customer personnel in the areas of expertise
What you will have:

Relationship Management:Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establishand maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree: Mining Engineering (desired) or similar
Mastersdegree related tominingoperations/technology (desired)
Experience in the Mining Industry or Machine Technology Experience.
Position requirespreviousmine site experience, or significantly related dealer and customer support activities within the Continuous Improvement, service, operations, or commercial areas.
Previoussupervisionexperience
English Advanced
Top Candidates Will Also Have:
Knowledge in data analytics and experience in database reporting (ex. SQL, SAP BO, Power BI)
Working background inMine Operation Dispatcher, Mining Planning, or FMS
Knowledge ofmining technology productsand product applications, includingFMS
English Advanced
+4years' experiencein mining technologyenvironments
