Job Purpose
The New Product Introduction (NPI) organisation is a x-functional unit acting as CCEP`s innovation / product competency & enablement team.
It is a team without analogue within the contemporary SSC/GBS community, being a direct extension of the various Business Units/markets functional teams like Supply Chain, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Logistics etc.
Its portfolio is a mix of advanced back-office & front office services with the purpose to unlock & add value to our various stakeholders across the globe.
One of the main responsibilities of the team is the ownership & management of the End-to-End data processes for various Product Introductions across CCEP territories
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of CCEP business and the delivery environment across the Innovation & Data areas.
- Drive effective management of the E2E NPI project deliverables including tasks (input & output), risks/issues and stakeholders to deliver in line with market expectations on time all the while ensuring top quality data feasibility of the production plan and execution (for ex. ensure accurate concentrate quantity needed for prod. runs).
- Take leadership on the decision making for the product design and production execution in various systems as well as the feasibility of the overall New Product Development projects.
- Support the NPI & SSC Leadership in driving end-to-end standard processes across the Global CCEP operation
- Supplies advice and acts as a business SME towards all innovation & Supply Chain initiatives to support continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc tasks
- Lead to success transitions of scope & change management initiatives to Sofia driving deployment of the global standardized delivery model in the respective area
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the markets to drive integration of the NPI team within local functions
- Partner with the in-market Commercialization, Logistics, Planning, Customer logistics, Procurement, Commercial & Finance leads driving enhanced customer experience for services delivered.
- Support the CCEP Innovation Pipeline via contribution to all projects impacting NPI processes (ex. CDSP, SAP MDG, S4)
- Implement ways of working within the team to drive team performance, stakeholder engagement, and efficiency within the E2E NPI area
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies and leverage technology in order to achieve them
- Support SSC & CCEP leadership in delivering targets vs budget
- Manage communication of issues, root cause analysis etc with senior management across CCEP on Global level
- Provide strong leadership across the NPI & SSC area, be involved in LT discussions & decision making
- Own the people development plan including training, mentoring, coaching within his area of responsibility
- Ensure that there are sufficient resources to meet the current and future demands, e.g. managing recruitment and retention / talent planning, projects, optimization initiative
- Promote teamwork and create a collaborative and inclusive environment
- Monitor his/her team service level performance, KPIs and assure that services are meeting their target service levels.
- Act as a role model regarding Team and Company values & culture

- External audit teams, The Coca Cola Company, external partners
Experience required
At least 3-4 years of managing people & teams. At least 5 years experience managing complex integrated processes, analysing data solutions and data models and successful track record in leading of cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
Language capability & expert level
English: essential PLUS one other CCEP language
Education & Qualifications required
- University Degree or equivalent (Business Administration, Economics or Finance )
- Fluent written and verbal skills (conversational and business communications) in English
- Previous work experience in Data, Supply Chain or Finance
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or alternative would be considered a strong advantage
- PMP certificate or alternative would be considered a very strong advantage
