This position is hybrid within the state of AZ only. This hybrid work opportunity requires residency, and work to be performed, within the State of Arizona.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Sr Manager of Sales creates and executes sales strategy to support growth and retention goals of Medicare and Marketplace products. Key accountabilities include strategies and activities that drive growth, retention, and member satisfaction in current and future areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required Work Experience

• Seven (7) or more years of sales experience.
• Three (3) or more years of experience in Medicare Advantage sales leadership role
• Experience selling Medicare Advantage or Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP)

Required Education

• BA/BS degree in a related field, (Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications and/or Public Health or Law)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain a compliant and successful sales team across multiple states and product lines.
• Develop annual sales plan and execute on company goals
• Work collaboratively across the organization
• Build relationships and partner with broker agencies on new business opportunities
• Perform all other duties as assigned
• The position has an onsite expectation of 2 days per week and requires a full-time work schedule. Full-time is defined as working at least 40 hours per week, plus any additional hours as requested or as needed to meet business requirements.
