Job Description

We are seeking a Sr Mgr, Leasing Account Project Management (APM) to oversee a team of Account Project Managers (APMs) responsible for end-to-end leasing delivery across Spain within the Europe organization. This role ensures the consistent execution of leasing activities in line with company standards, customer commitments, and regional objectives.

The Sr Mgr, Leasing APM plays a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, aligning execution with global strategies, and serving as the primary escalation point for leasing operations within their assigned scope. The successful candidate will drive execution excellence, optimize resource allocation, and support the development of scalable, high-performance delivery models tailored to the regional market context.

  • Ensure the execution of all leasing operations for a specific customer account or geographic portfolio, ensuring coordinated, high-quality delivery across all project milestones, from application receipt, administrative zoning permits, to customer installations.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface for leasing operations, ensuring consistent, proactive communication and best-in-class customer experience.
  • Manage a team of Account Project Managers; oversee performance, develop and implement resource allocation and prioritization frameworks to align with customer timelines and revenue goals.
  • Oversee lease project initiation and scope definition, ensuring accurate setup and alignment with customer and site requirements.
  • Ensure milestone planning and tracking across the full project lifecycle—from feasibility and application through final closeout and billing readiness.
  • Coordinate internal and external compliance verifications for zoning, permitting, and environmental requirements. Address tenant inquiries related to zoning and permitting constraints.
  • Actively identify and resolve issues that impact lease execution, including commercial, legal, technical, and operational contingencies.
  • Drive internal coordination across functions such as Engineering, Legal, Finance, Construction, Property Management, and Power to remove blockers and ensure timely progress.
  • Own fee tracking, PO management, and revenue readiness processes across assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with the Leasing leadership team to evolve APM strategy and ensure cohesive execution across the region.
  • Partner with commercial and service delivery teams on customer execution strategy for all product lines including BTS, BUP and Rebuilds. Provide customer feedback, process improvement ideas, best practices, and support new initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with master lease agreements (MLAs), pricing rules, licensing terms, and ground lease requirements.
  • Lead customer interactions for complex topics, including relocations, reinforcements, and modifications.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of contractual terms and customer priorities to ensure all transactions align with expectations and governance.
  • Provide project and customer-level reporting to regional leadership, including forecasts, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, proactive communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in customer account management, project management, or leasing operations, ideally in the telecommunications or infrastructure sector. At least 5 years of leadership responsibility.
  • Proven experience managing complex, high-volume programs with cross-functional dependencies.
  • Strong customer orientation with demonstrated success in driving results through collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
  • Expertise in navigating legal, technical, and operational lease requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Approximately 10% travel may be required to support responsibilities.
