Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $134,100 – $223,500. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 20%, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position Details
The Senior Manager, Inclusion, Opportunity, and Community leads the execution of Grainger’s enterprise IOC strategy, aligning priorities with company goals, enterprise initiatives, and evolving business needs while embedding an operational lens to drive scalable, measurable impact. The role owns and advances specialized IOC practices, frameworks, standards, content, and solutions through strong cross-functional partnership with leaders across Human Resources and the business. The position establishes the strategic structure that guides how IOC work is prioritized, developed, governed, measured, and sustained across the enterprise. The role leads team member(s) responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining IOC initiatives, practices, and solutions across the talent lifecycle and community impact efforts.
