The Senior Manager, Investor Relations is a key partner to the VP of IR & ESG in shaping how UGI engages with the investment community. The role owns the analytical backbone of the IR function — valuation modeling, peer benchmarking, and market intelligence — while playing a central role in quarterly earnings, investor targeting, ESG communications, and Board reporting. Success requires strong financial acumen and communication skills, and the ability to translate complex business performance into a clear and compelling investment narrative. The role partners across Finance, Legal, Communications, and the business units to ensure the investment community has the information needed to value UGI accurately and consistently.

Minimum Qualifications-
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, MBA preferred
8 years professional exp in investments, corporate finance or relevant function
CFA or CPA preferred
