This position is dedicated to driving operational excellence, asset reliability, and facility performance at a world-class standard. This pivotal role champions a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement, ensuring all maintenance operations consistently uphold the highest standards of product quality and regulatory adherence. By expertly leading preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance initiatives and spearheading process and equipment optimization projects, the Senior Maintenance Manager maximizes equipment capacity, reliability, and uptime. Operating as an integral member of the site leadership team, this leader mentors and develops a high-performing technical workforce, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and fuels innovation—empowering the organization to deliver transformative, life-changing medical devices through operational integrity and technical excellence.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro-mechanical, Electronics, or related field.
• Master Degree on related fields is desirable.
EXPERIENCE
• At least seven years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in the medical device industry, high-volume manufacturing, or as a Senior Process Engineer or similar role.
• Technical knowledge of high-volume manufacturing equipment.
SKILLS
• Deep knowledge of maintenance systems, manufacturing equipment, and process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis, data-driven decision making, and Lean methodologies.
• Strong skills in managing improvement projects, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Capability to align maintenance strategies with business goals and optimize operational efficiency.
• Experience with financial planning and ensuring operations stay within approved budgets.
• Advanced English.
