What will you be doing?

As a Client Service Sr Manager you will be in a multi-faceted role integral to client satisfaction through executional and service excellence while maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements. Circana is looking for professional and sharp analytic minds to execute, analyze, and collaborate with our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client teams.

  • Quality Control: Attention to detail is key to achieving high-quality results through data integrity
  • Client Focus: Consistently act with client satisfaction in mind and follow through on commitments to ensure the needs of the client are met
  • Planning and Organizing: Determine effort and resources required to meet objectives; able to plan, coordinate, and manage self and resources effectively to ensure task completion
  • Execution: Work independently and effectively, while also collaborating with virtual and diverse teams

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage dedicated categories’ item review and placement in Circana’s Unify/UDB platform
  • Key point of contact to the client for service-related requests or issues
  • Engage in a consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables
  • Assist Client by providing report creation and editing services
  • Assist in providing on-time quality deliverables via OmniMarket Services in Circana’s Unify platform
  • Answer general questions regarding the aforementioned applications and tools
  • Assemble and coordinate necessary Circana resources to assist in the end-user use of Circana Data
  • Work together with cross functional teams to implement change management and new services

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple requests/actions needed
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated problems solving skills
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and welcoming to change
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize various computer software, including MS Excel
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or Circana data experience a plus (Unify, UDB, Genius Script)
  • BA/BS Degree preferred or 3-5 or more years of relevant experience.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $64-$76k.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
