As the Senior Manager, Business Operations & Strategy at Hershey, you will serve as a pivotal leader within the organization, directly contributing to shaping and executing the company’s highest priority enterprise initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker and problem solver who excels at dissecting complex business challenges and crafting pragmatic, data-driven solutions that resonate across departments.
You will collaborate extensively with diverse business functions to develop and refine strategies that are actionable and aligned with Hershey’s overarching goals. Your responsibilities will encompass shaping problem statements, outlining comprehensive workplans, and steering efforts through from concept formulation to final delivery and review. In doing so, you will ensure that solutions provide tangible value and measurable improvements in performance.
This position demands excellent communication skills, an ability to influence at all levels, and a hands-on approach to leadership. You will mobilize cross-enterprise teams, manage interdependencies, and nurture alignment among stakeholders to facilitate cohesive decision-making and maximize operational efficiency.
