Your role on the team: (job description)

• Acts as customer advocate within GEODIS
• Ensure network collaboration in support of the customer
• Offers value-added solutions and services
• Partners with customer, and related parties, to improve overall supply chain structure
• Provides fast track issue escalation and resolution
• Anticipates and implements customer special requirements
• Carries out joint planning activities
• Business reviews (MBR / QBR)
• Maintain SOP, customer tariff, and AR management

What you need: (requirements)

• Minimum 5 to 8 years’ related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be PC literate and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
