The Sr. Manager Aftersales Parts, Sales - Brazil is the AGCO representative responsible for aftersales department in Brazil, which includes commercial support and growth of the dealer's aftermarket business. This Sr Manager will work with all AGCO dealers in Brazil and internal functions to develop and sustain a profitable distribution network with industry-leading aftersales support and customer satisfaction. It will be responsible for the team in charge of executing aftersales field activities, such as sales, marketing programs, training dealer personnel on AGCO Parts, service and offerings. It defines campaigns and actions to deliver commercial objectives, not only in revenues, but also in margins and customer satisfaction. Metrics such as absorption rate, loyalty, inventory turns, technical quantity, telemetry activation and PSP completion will be used to guide AGCO dealers to grow their parts and service business by leveraging best practices among them. Equally important, customer satisfaction with dealer parts and service will support to increase whole product sales and market share. This Sr Manger is a key member of the Parts SA leadership team, working as a liaison between the market and our internal teams.

Your Impact

  • Define, communicate, and install strategic Aftersales Business/Marketing Plans with the team and Dealers;
  • Communicate field team and track implementation of strategies and initiatives; Define priorities and guarantee their execution; Support dealers programs, to drive profitability and customer satisfaction;
  • Work alongside and support our Customer Support, Wholegoods, Marketing, distribution Management and other internal departments;
  • Maintain awareness of key customers, customer expectations and local competitor activity;
  • Manage and support the field team in Brazil;
  • Organize and distribute sales objectives according to the dealer and region; Guide and develop team members;

    Your Experience and Qualifications
  • Completed Bachelor Degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Agronomy, Business Management or Engineering
  • Several years of proven experience in working with dealer network in agribusiness, automotive or similar segments with solid experience in Aftersales and Parts Sales.
  • People management experience
  • English Advanced or Fluent (communication and writing)
  • Availability to travel often
