Senior Buyer with AI skills and experience are preferred.

1. Responsible for executing electronic component procurement to ensure timely and effective supply meeting production demands.

1) Issue forecasts and orders based on MRP reports, confirming and maintaining system delivery.

2) To fulfill rush orders and optimize inventory during demand fluctuations.

3) Regularly evaluate supplier service quality and order management. Promptly report any supply risks to supervisors and the procurement team.

4) Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure implementation of measures and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

2. Responsible for improving project & solution management

1) Explore and apply AI tools to identify “efficiency bottlenecks” in procurement and supply chain operations, proposing high-efficiency solutions to the team based on these insights.

2) Assist the team in implementing automated processes, conduct training on new tools and procedures within the department to enhance overall digital literacy.

3) Collaborate with company-wide digital initiatives to develop tailored automation solutions aligned with departmental needs, such as designing tool modules for an “Out-of-Stock Alert System.” Support corporate digital strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Preference given to candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems Management, Data Analysis, or related fields.

2. Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management systems is preferred.

3. Familiarity with Excel functions and data visualization tools, with the ability to independently extract data and generate visual reports preferred.

4. Familiarity with or experience applying mainstream AI large-language model technologies preferred.

5. Excellent cross-departmental communication skills and problem-solving abilities; candidates who can clearly articulate business process pain points and solutions to IT departments or management preferred.
