Der Mechaniker gilt durch sein Fachwissen als Ansprechpartner bezüglich Produktions-Equipment für andere Abteilungen und unterstützt diese bei deren Anliegen. Er arbeitet gemäss den geltenden Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), den GxP-Richtlinien sowie den relevanten Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften.

Er erarbeitet Verbesserungsvorschläge und kommuniziert stets proaktiv und lösungsorientiert. Der Mechaniker ist für eine zeitgerechte Um-/Einstellung von Maschinen sowie die technische Unterstützung von Operations während der Auftragsdurchführung verantwortlich. Er ist dafür verantwortlich, dass Maschinen zeitgerecht gewartet, kalibriert und repariert werden.

Verantwortlichkeiten/Aufgaben

  • Selbständiges Arbeiten gemäss geltenden SOPs, den GxP-Richtlinien sowie unter Einhaltung geltender Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Verantwortung über alle seine Tätigkeiten und Funktionen technischer und administrativer Natur; insbesondere beim zeitgerechten Durchführen von Set-ups, Wartungen/Kalibrierungen und Reparaturen von Maschinen und Geräten
  • Fortwährende Überwachung des jeweiligen Zustands der Maschinen, Einrichtungen und Werkzeuge
  • Recherche nach möglichen Verbesserungen des Maschinenparks und dessen Handling
  • Unterstützung des gesamten Facilities & Engineering Department
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Ausbildung von Mitarbeitern nach Bedarf
  • Pünktliche Bereitstellung von Berichten und anderen Informationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen beteiligten Personen, Gruppen und Abteilungen mit dem Ziel, die Zufriedenheit der verschiedenen Abteilungen ständig zu erhöhen
  • Bearbeiten von Action Items, welche im Tätigkeitsbereich anfallen
  • Bestellung von Ersatzteilen
  • Fristgerechtes Bearbeiten von Wartungsaufträgen in der Wartungssoftware
  • Bei Bedarf die Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung

Minimale Anforderungen

  • Fundierte abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung.
  • Kenntnisse und Verständnis der zugewiesenen technischen Anlagen sowie der dazugehörigen SOPs innerhalb des Arbeitsbereichs.
  • Kenntnisse in der Herstellung von pharmazeutischen Packungen für klinische Prüfmuster.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung.
  • Fähigkeit, technische Details zu verstehen und Mängel zu beheben.
  • Strukturierte Herangehensweise an Probleme.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Computersystemen und Software.

Summary of Position:

The mechanic is considered a point of contact for other departments regarding production equipment due to their expertise and supports them with their concerns. The mechanic works in accordance with the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GxP guidelines, and relevant occupational safety regulations. They develop improvement proposals and always communicate proactively and in a solution-oriented manner.

The mechanic is responsible for the timely changeover/setup of machines as well as technical support of Operations during order execution. They are responsible for ensuring that machines are maintained, calibrated, and repaired on time.

Responsibilities

  • Independent work in accordance with applicable SOPs and GxP guidelines, while complying with applicable safety regulations.
  • Responsibility for all technical and administrative activities and functions, particularly the timely completion of setups, maintenance/calibrations, and repairs of machines and equipment.
  • Continuous monitoring of the condition of machines, facilities, and tools.
  • Research into possible improvements to the machine park and its handling.
  • Support of the entire Facilities & Engineering Department.
  • Conducting training and education of employees as needed.
  • Timely provision of reports and other information.
  • Close cooperation with all involved persons, groups, and departments with the aim of continuously increasing the satisfaction of the various departments.
  • Handling action items that fall within the scope of activities.
  • Ordering spare parts.
  • Timely processing of maintenance orders in the maintenance software.
  • Willingness to pursue further education if needed.

Minimum requirements

  • Comprehensive completed technical education.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the assigned technical systems and the associated SOPs within the area of work.
  • Knowledge of the production of pharmaceutical packaging for clinical trial samples.
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Good English language skills, both spoken and written, as well as willingness to continuously develop these skills.
  • Ability to understand technical details and resolve issues.
