工作職責

  • 負責區域管理(進藥、學術溝通、標案/議價、保藥/通路保護等)。
  • 依客戶分級與目標設定規劃拜訪計畫,與關鍵意見領袖維持良好關係,運用銷售技巧滿足客戶需求並達成業績。
    洞察市場契機,開發並拓展新商機。
  • 積極開發新院所/新醫師與新客戶,創造新病患與新通路來源 ;定期回饋市場情報並準時提交報表。
  • 確實執行行銷策略與拜訪計畫,開發並驗證新潛在客戶,與主管對齊策略以達成目標。
  • 在快速變動環境中展現敏捷、當責與韌性;勇於探索新通路,持續學習並迭代策略與執行。
  • 確保所有區域活動具專業度,並遵守諾和諾德合規與商業行為準則。
  • 以專業問題解決者角色提供方案,具創新思維與商業/市場敏銳度。
  • 保持積極『做得到』心態,開拓未成熟市場,尋找機會點並快速適應不確定挑戰。

任職資歷

  • 大學/碩士以上學歷,藥學或醫藥科學相關科系
  • 具藥師執照者尤佳
  • 至少 2 年原廠 HP 相關工作經驗,具糖尿病或醫學美容治療領域經驗者尤佳
  • 具自費產品/藥品銷售經驗
  • 具區域/業務規劃能力與良好人際溝通技巧
