Role Purpose

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Medical Recruiter to own hiring across multiple markets and partner directly with our CMO and Medical leadership team. This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to identify, attract and close the clinicians and medical leaders who build strong foundations and enable scalable growth. You will deliver our most complex and senior searches, set the standard for how the team sources and closes, and raise the bar for the recruiters around you.

Our clinical and medical teams shape the member experience at Neko. We are post-Series C and moving quickly, and as we expand across countries and clinic types, this hiring is about precision, partnership and strong advisory capability. You will run several markets at once, adapt to local licensing and labor-market differences, and stay anchored in a single, standardized process and data set.

What You’ll Deliver

• Run end-to-end recruitment for strategic and medical team leadership roles across multiple markets, from physicians and clinical leads to specialist and functional positions.
• Act as the day-to-day recruiting partner to CMO and Medical leadership team: agree hiring plans and advise on organizational needs and hiring prioritization.
• Source proactively and creatively, tapping into diverse talent pools across health systems, high-growth health tech and mission-driven organizations, using talent mapping, passive outreach and referral networks.
• Own the candidate experience from first contact to offer, reflecting the quality and integrity of our brand.
• Use data to track pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring outcomes, and report on your markets to leadership.
• Navigate country-specific licensing, registration, right-to-work and compensation norms, working with People, Legal and Rewards to close cleanly.
• Lead calibration at intake and debrief so assessments are tied to defined skills and the Neko Hiring Framework rubrics, not opinion.
• Represent Neko to senior candidates and in professional networks, conferences and events.

Minimum Requirements

• 8+ years of recruitment experience, including significant time hiring healthcare professionals and leaders in more than one market or complex, high-growth environments.
• A record of closing senior and hard-to-fill clinical or medical searches, including talent from top-performing organizations, scale-ups or mission-driven employers, with numbers to back it up.
• Strong sourcing capability with a creative, research-led approach to finding exceptional talent.
• Highly autonomous and comfortable in fast-moving, high-context environments.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions with data, including saying no or re-scoping when the numbers call for it.
• Understanding of international healthcare licensing and hiring regulations, or the ability to get up to speed quickly.
• Strong judgment on trade-offs: speed, process consistency and quality measured against defined performance indicators.
• Fluent use of AI tools in sourcing, outreach, analysis and workflow, and the ability to teach others.
