As a Sr. Media and Performance Strategist, your goal is to bring the right ads to the right people, making refreshing connections between brands and their intended audiences.

DIGITAL MADE REFRESHING FOR CLIENTS

As Sr. Media and Performance Strategist, you will be:

THE CAMPAIGN ARCHITECT

  • Design paid media campaigns that solve business challenges using data-driven insights and the best digital tools.

  • Set realistic campaign goals based on budget, timelines, and key factors.

THE DATA DETECTIVE

  • Get the inside scoop on assigned brands, their competitors, and target consumers.

  • Level up on your understanding of media metrics to expertly analyze campaign performance.

  • Crunch the numbers and identify ways to further boost success.

THE STORYTELLER

  • Create stunning reports and data visuals that tell the story of what went down and what can be done.

  • Deliver compelling, easy-to-understand presentations for both your team and clients.


Requirements


TIME FORYOUR NEXT BIG BREAKTHROUGH!

  • Love what you’ve read so far? You might just be the person we’re searching for, if you fit the bill!

  • You need to have mad skills on:

  • Social Media Advertising Tools (TikTok Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

  • Google Ads

  • Programmatic Advertising Platforms, DSPs

  • Google Analytics

  • Data and Insights Platforms

  • Confident in teaming up with both external partners and internal squads.

  • A natural at speaking clearly and making an impact.

  • Can break down complex ideas and explain them in simple ways.

  • Open to work onsite if
    needed, but
    otherwise have the
    flexibility to work from anywhere.
