To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for a Sr. Marketing Strategy Manager to join our talented Growth & Marketing team. This is a full-time position based at our Berlin HQ, with a hybrid setup of 3 office days per week.
Reporting directly to our Director of Growth & Marketing, you will act as the analytical backbone of the Marketing & Growth function. Through a mix of cross-functional collaboration and direct ownership, you will use data to drive the strategy and performance of our marketing across all channels. Your scope is broad: from delivering our marketing data strategy and onboarding new tooling, to building out reporting, owning analysis, and launching your own performance-improving initiatives. This is a high-leverage role where your work directly shapes how we acquire customers and scale efficiently.
