In the position of Consumer Relations Representative, you will provide exemplary customer service to customers or consumers by providing accurate information and timely solutions to questions, inquiries, or problems. Work closely with internal teams to provide hands on handling and ensure customer inquiries are reviewed, processed, and analyzed in timely manner.

A day in the life:


The Sr. Marketing Manager leads brand strategy, innovation, and execution for Monster’s portfolio in Canada, serving as the primary liaison between Canadian teams, U.S. Brand Teams, and International HQ. This role drives new product development, oversees brand positioning, and develops yearly marketing plans across core and strategic brands such as REIGN, NOS, Bang, and more. The manager partners closely with Sales, Category Management, Digital, and Commercial teams to build compelling sell stories, media plans, launch strategies, and operational decks. They manage a team of professionals, guide short‑term business planning, and contribute to the development of new products, processes, and standards.

The impact you'll make:

  • Brand Positioning - Ownership of the Canadian M-Claw Brands & Strat Bands - overall Brand health, positioning, adapting U.S. Brand plans, analysis and development of Brand families including execution and implementation.
  • Yearly Planning - Key counterpart in overall yearly marketing planning, plan development, ideation, presentation build, Brand architecture, prioritization planning and calendarization.
  • NPD (New Product Development) / Innovation - Owns NPD Marketing deliverables. Develop Canadian launch strategy, marketing plans, & ops decks.
  • Work with commercial team for NPD selection & gate process with Coke.
  • Strat Brand strategy - Develop strategy & marketing plans for Strat Brands (REIGN, Storm, FLRT, Bang, NOS, Full Throttle).
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure plans are executed (Strat Brand Project Manager, Regional Marketing, Events, Sales, CMM, CEM, U.S. Brand Teams, agencies, etc.)
  • International Team & HQ Communication - Key Canadian Marketing contact / liaison with HQ International Team, U.S. Brand Teams, Creative Services, Studio M, Commercialization, etc.
  • Digital Marketing - Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager in media planning, media partnerships pertaining to Innovation launches and National projects.
  • Sales Presentations – Work with the Category Management/Insights and the Sales Commercialization team to develop compelling selling stories.
  • Champion the Brands with compelling presentations at select high-level meetings, regional sales meetings, and as needed throughout the year.
  • Both internal Sales & Marketing teams & external Bottler & Customer teams.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in the field of Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with a beverage, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
  • 5+ years of experience in lifestyle marketing, digital media, sponsorships, event
    marketing and influencers
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Design software skills preferred
  • Bilingual (French and English) preferred

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated annual salary of 84,750 to 113,000 CAD. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
