It’s an exciting time to join the marketing team responsible for delivering aggressive growth for a top enterprise priority: Advice Growth. As Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional execution to grow our Advice client base through a combination of cross-sell and prospect marketing. You’ll collaborate closely with business, sales, and technology partners to develop and implement strategies that help more investors benefit from personalized advice.

This role:
Leads development of marketing strategy and roadmap to achieve business growth objectives.
Guides teams in executing against strategic priorities and delivering measurable outcomes.
Coaches team on business acumen, product knowledge, and marketing strategy to drive clarity and impact.
Builds strong partnerships across business, sales, product, and investment teams to align and optimize growth initiatives to business objectives.
Leads a team of cross-functional contributors in developing and prioritizing marketing initiatives to deliver on growth goals.
Drives a data-led marketing program by setting performance goals, encouraging insight-driven experimentation, and continuously optimizing strategy through measurable feedback.
Maintains awareness of industry trends and competitive forces to inform strategy and serve as a trusted advisor.
Ensures all steps are taken to mitigate risk and maintains control, compliance, audit, and legal requirements in marketing plans.
What it takes:
Minimum eight years related work experience, three years of marketing experience.
Market strategy experience
Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.
While this role does not have direct reports, qualified candidates must have demonstrated success in leading and influencing a cross-functional team.
Serves as critical lead in forecasting and reporting marketing results.
