About the Position:

OB Hospitalist Group (OBHG), the nation's leading provider of specialized obstetric hospitalist services, is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Generalist to focus on Business Development & Partnerships in an effort to support strategic growth initiatives and strengthen relationships with hospital partners nationwide. This highly visible marketing role serves as a key liaison between Marketing, Business Development, and Operations teams, creating impactful content, campaigns, and communications that support customer acquisition, retention, and expansion efforts.

What You'll Do

As the Senior Marketing Generalist, you'll play an integral role in developing and executing marketing programs that elevate OBHG's brand, support hospital partnerships, and contribute to organizational growth.

Business Development & Partner Engagement

  • Collaborate with Business Development and Operations leaders to develop marketing strategies that support customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
  • Create and maintain sales and partner-facing marketing materials, presentations, and communications.
  • Serve as a strategic marketing partner to business development teams, helping strengthen relationships with current and prospective hospital partners.
  • Ensure all partner-facing messaging aligns with OBHG's brand standards and strategic objectives.

Content Marketing & Communications

  • Write, edit, proofread, and manage compelling content across multiple channels, including:
    • Case studies and success stories
    • Website content and landing pages
    • Sales collateral and brochures
    • Partner communications and email campaigns
    • Executive presentations and thought leadership content
  • Conduct interviews with hospital partners and internal stakeholders to develop authentic stories and insights.
  • Coordinate with external creative partners, writers, designers, and videographers as needed.

Digital Marketing & Website Management

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns supporting business development and hospital partner engagement.
  • Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics, providing recommendations for optimization.

Events, Webinars & Video Content

  • Support marketing efforts related to conferences, trade shows, webinars, and industry events.
  • Assist with video content creation and editing to enhance partner communications and marketing initiatives.

Marketing Operations & Strategic Support

  • Stay informed on healthcare marketing trends, competitive insights, and industry best practices.
  • Support reporting, analytics, database management, and ongoing maintenance of marketing assets.
  • Recommend enhancements to marketing strategies based on data, market conditions, and partner feedback.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of professional marketing experience, preferably supporting business development, partnerships, account management, or client-facing teams.
  • Exceptional professional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns and website content management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare or healthcare-adjacent industry experience.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), including WordPress.
  • Experience supporting conferences, events, and trade shows.
  • Strong independent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and marketing tools.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
