Job Description

The Sr. Marketing Director plans, organizes, and administers the company's brand communication strategy for customer / prospect segments under the direction of EVP of Marketing. This position collaborates with members of the Project Team and/or Field Operations to develop support plans to meet Company growth and profitability objectives. This includes, but is not limited to, B2C and B2B advertising, direct response marketing creative, business promotions, retail location marketing, and digital media creative.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES

Execute Marketing Campaigns and Program Responsibilities

Develop and test various programs driven by customer segment driven strategy
Develop customer communication and strategic plans to support customer lifecycle
Manage the execution of programs for branches and measure program optimization at segment level
Manage program budgets
Coordinate and conduct data analysis to evaluate programs and provide recommendations for improvements
Create and provide effective marketing campaigns to Operations

Brand Ownership and Leadership

Manage and build out the brand guidelines as the brand evolves
Teach and hold accountable vendor partners to the brand guidelines
Manage internal usage of the 1FFC brand

Manage Other Marketing Responsibilities

Direct the activities of external vendor and internal staff
Develop and create briefs for new strategic marketing initiatives
Utilize knowledge to research, concept utilize, create, and implement content
Collaborate closely with team to develop short and long-term goals, objectives, and priorities

Formulate, develop, and administer the advertising Marketing budget under the direction of EVP of Marketing

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE

Marketing degree and/or minimum of 10-15+ years related Marketing experience in a regulated industry
10+ years' experience in leading the development of Traditional and Digital tactics
Minimum of 10 years' experience in managing marketing teams and advertising agencies
Basic understanding of General Ledger and Accounting practices with the ability to manage a budget
Ability to provide direction to internal and external partners
Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and diverse social and business settings
Demonstrate the ability to analyse relevant information and apply individual judgement
Ability to develop detailed marketing plans
Strong communication skills (verbal / written / interpersonal)
Intermediate skill to using MS Office Suite products and the ability to learn other
Ability to operated standard office equipment
Must have a valid license with ability to travel
