🚀 We’re hiring a Customer Journey & Marketing Automation Consultant
📍 Mexico City | Hybrid

We are looking for a consultant with experience in customer journey design and marketing automation to support digital and omnichannel experience initiatives.

What you will do:

• Design and optimize customer journeys and automated flows across digital channels.

• Collaborate with business, marketing, CX, and technology teams.

• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and customer experience.

• Translate business requirements into journey maps, automation flows, and experience recommendations.

• Support the implementation and optimization of marketing automation initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

• 3–4 years of experience in Marketing Automation, Customer Experience, Customer Journeys, or Digital Experience roles.

• Understanding of automated journeys, touchpoints, and omnichannel experiences

• Experience working in digital environments and cross-functional teams.

• Bilingual English (daily communication with global teams).
