＜部門について＞

カーディアックリズムマネジメント（CRM）は 、徐脈、頻脈性の不整脈や心不全などの慢性疾患を対象とした植込み型デバイスによる治療と、原因不明の失神の診断と潜因性脳梗塞患者の心房細動診断をモニタリングする機会を提供します。

また、遠隔モニタリングシステムによって、心不全管理やデバイスマネジメント、アラート通知による患者管理を遠隔で行ない、治療の質と安全性の向上をサポートします。

CRMのマーケティング部門は、植え込み型デバイスの製品上市を推進するチーム、疾患啓発やデジタルマーケティングを推進するチームなどで構成されております。

＜業務内容＞

マーケットデベロップメント担当として、心臓植込み型デバイスの市場拡大に関する活動をリードしていただきます。特に心臓再同期療法（CRT/CRT-D）および植込み型除細動器（ICD）を中心に、患者アクセス向上と市場成長を目的とした戦略立案から実行までを担います。

主な業務

• CRT/CRT-DおよびICD領域における市場分析を行い、短期・中長期のマーケットデベロップメント戦略を立案・実行する。
• 日本不整脈心電学会（JHRS）をはじめ、日本循環器学会（JCS）、日本心血管インターベンション治療学会（CVIT）、日本心不全学会、患者団体、行政機関など、市場拡大に関わるステークホルダーとの関係構築および協働を推進する。
• 現在の適応患者への治療普及だけでなく、新たな適応拡大や患者アクセス改善を見据えた市場開発戦略を企画・推進する。
• 医学・臨床エビデンス、医療政策、市場環境を踏まえた市場開発施策を立案し、実行する。
• US本社を含むグローバルチームや、営業、マーケティング、メディカルアフェアーズ、薬事、保険部門などの関連部門と連携し、プロジェクトを推進する。
• 市場開発活動の効果を評価し、継続的な改善と最適化を図る。

Job Experience

• 市場分析、顧客分析を行いマーケティング戦略を立案した経験
• 社内だけでなく、社外ステークホルダーとも連携を行い戦略実行した経験

Skill / Knowledge

• PowerPoint/Word/Excel

Competency

• 高いコミュニケーション/交渉力、プレゼンテーションスキル
• TOEIC650点以上

Education

• 学士以上（学部・学科は問わない）

• 行政や患者団体へのロビー活動経験
• 医療機器業界、特に循環器領域での業務経験
