SR MARKET ACCESS ANALYST for TRIS PHARMA, INC. to work at our Monmouth Junction, NJ loc. May telecommute up to 1x/wk
Assist w/ creation of Liquid XR products 3rd party pricing analysis & presentations for pricing committee review. Collaborate w/ Mkt Access to design & enhance strategic pull-through mods in CRM system. Track & analyze Liquid XR products formulary positioning & provide updates to SR members of Analytics & Mkt Access teams. Assist w/ creation of Liquid XR & competitive products patient journey analysis. Assist w/development, enrichment & maintenance of Mkt Access rel datasets & databases (e.g. Fingertip, MMIT, etc). Collaborate X-functionally w/ multiple commercial teams to collect, organize, analyze & disseminate info accurately, enabling data-driven decision making. Participate in team meetings & brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for solving data-related challenges. Assist in ID’ing & proposing data driven sols to bus problems using statistical & machine learning techniques. Assist in data cleaning, processing & analysis for various field sales-related projects & initiatives. May undergo background checks incl drug testing. Requirements
Must have Bachelor’s in Bus Admin, Comp Sci, Info Sci, Applied Mathematics, Stats, or related field; 4 years relevant exp in a business or academic environment in one of the following areas: data operations/information services, business intelligence or analytics; and required skills. Alternatively, must have Master’s in Bus Admin, Comp Sci, Info Sci, Applied Mathematics, Stats, or related field; 2 years relevant exp in a business or academic environment in one of the following areas: data operations/information services, business intelligence or analytics; and required skills. Requires skills (2 years exp) in: data analysis and scripting skills; extract and transform tabular data sets from SQL tables; programming concepts and languages (SQL for querying data and Python for modeling); Tableau or other similar data visualization tool; and (1-year exp) in the pharmaceutical industry with liquid and solid oral extended-release products, (1-year exp) with formulary positioning and (1- year exp) with pharmacy benefit manager contracting. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
