Job Description

You will report directly to our Sr Manufacturing Engineer in charge of repair, and you’ll work out of our Juarez, Mexico location.

In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by ensuring that all PCBA repairs are conducted to the highest standards, thereby enhancing product reliability and customer satisfaction.

• Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on PCBA components to ensure functionality and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and modifications to PCBA units.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or repair of electronic components, specifically PCBA.
• Strong knowledge of electronic repair processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for PCBA testing and repair.
• Experience with soldering and rework techniques for electronic components.
