Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
Coordinate input on material shortages, farm out, and delivery of materials/hardware.
Interface with demand management, shop scheduling, fulfilment team, supply sources, customer service reps, and other GE organizations as required.
Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
Optimize inventory and process improvements.
Manage the buying process for a given set of goods.
Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets
Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution.
Manage problems and schedule changes.
Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
Perform tasks related to logistic function, such as receiving/shipping, warehousing and releasing materials into production.
Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven supply chain leader with deep experience in materials planning, sourcing, procurement, and logistics, combined with strong operational judgment and the ability to lead teams through complex production and delivery challenges. They demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the humility, transparency, focus, and problem-solving skills needed to drive business performance and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
This role requires significant experience in the Manufacturing & Materials Planning and Execution, Sourcing & Buying-Procurement, and the Logistics & Functional Management.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Materials planning, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management
Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
