工作概况

Take responsibility for daily process management.负责日常工艺流程管理。

职位要求

1. Budget planning and monitoring. 预算规划和监测；
2. Daily process monitoring. 日常过程监控；
3. Trouble shooting for plating process. 电镀工艺故障排除；
4. According the related product drawing to define plating products work instruction, such as plating current, line speed, package and so on. 根据相关产品图纸确定电镀产品的工作指令，如电镀电流、线速度、包装等；
5. Coordinate with maintenance engineer to adjust the plating jigs and tools. 配合维修工程师调整电镀夹具和工具；
6. Maintain and improve processes capability to reduce the plating risk, defect analysis and problem solving. 维护和改进工艺能力，以降低电镀风险、缺陷分析和问题解决；
7. Work with quality team to solve customer complaint, and implement internal audit with QE. 与质量团队合作解决客户投诉，并与QE一起实施内部审核；
8. Continuous improvement through the application of lean manufacturing techniques. 通过应用精益制造技术持续改进；
9. Define the forecast of precious metal consumption, monitor the consumption trend and deal with exceptional issues. 确定贵金属消费预测，监控消费趋势并处理异常；
10. Safety control, ERT . 安全控制，ERT；
11. 5S+1. 5S+1；
12. OEE, QCO monitor. OEE、QCO监控；
13. Shift problems collection/escalation and follow up. 轮班问题收集/上报和跟进；
14. Team building and discipline. 团队建设和纪律；
15. Support process engineer to qualify new sample. 支持工艺工程师鉴定新样品；
16. Setup the raw material consumable, Cycle time, routing in BOM. 在BOM中设置原材料消耗品、周期时间和工艺路线；
17. New jig design review, Transfer jig status confirm. 新夹具设计审查，转移夹具状态确认；
18. Work with planner to arrange FSR. 与计划员合作安排FSR；
19. Other work assigned by management. 管理层交办的其他工作。

岗位职责与任职要求

1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering.工程专业本科或同等学历；
2. 5 years or above related reel to reel plating experience.5年或以上相关电镀经验；
3. Preventative attitude and quick response.预防态度和快速反应；
4. Highly focused on results and objectives. 高度关注结果和目标；
5. Excellent communication skill. 优秀的沟通技巧；
6. Good business acumen and cost management knowledge. 良好的商业头脑和成本管理知识；
7. Strategic thinking and analytical skills. 战略思维和分析技能；
8. Familiarity with working in teams across functions and countries in a matrix organization is required. 熟悉矩阵组织中跨职能和国家的团队工作。
