MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB (outlines)

• Responsible for managing the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment machine
• Responsible for management and maintenance of SMF production lines equipment to ensure operation smooth
• SMF车间设备的管理和维护工作来确保产线平稳运行
• Responsible for the product transfer, process improvement and project implementation with plant FF and quality department; follow up the project timeline to focus on the delivering and overseeing the projects from design to implementation and ensure the project quality.
• FF和质量部门相互合作，实施产品/项目转移和工艺改善；基于项目计划从设计到实施来交付和监督项目，保证项目质量。

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (please list the main accountabilities and duties)

• Establish equipment regular maintenance plan and adjustment based on the equipment real performance. 制定设备的日常维修保养计划并根据设备实际运行状态做出调整
• Lead technicians to resolve the equipment issue during manufacturing and ensure the production regular operation. 领导技术员解决生产过程中的设备异常，保证生产的正常运转
• Participate in development of project schedules, budgets, and progress reports with oversea and plant team. 与国外和工厂团队一起，参与制定项目时间表、预算和进度报告
• Responsible for engineering support with respect to manufacturing equipment, testing methods, procedures and problems; Collect manufacturing equipment related information from host plant and hand over to manufacturing supplier for equipment fabrication. 负责制造设备、测试方法、程序和问题等相关的工程支持；参与收集制作设备相关的信息并与供应商合作进行设备的制造
• Work with Pilot site product engineer for equipment design and process development to make sure the fitness for future manufacturing 与新产品试制的产品工程师一起进行设备设计和工艺开发， 确保设备和工艺适合于日后的生产
• Recommends various technology options or approaches for system, processes, facility or program improvements in terms of safety, performance, efficiency or costs 在安全性、性能、效率或成本方面，为系统、工艺、设施或程序的改进给出各种技术选择或方案
• Responsible for line hookup, equipment installation, debug and final testing and manufacturing fixtures purchasing & test for new products 负责新项目的产线搭建、设备安装、调试和最终验收，以及相关夹具的采购和验收
• Deliver and/or manage projects assigned and work with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. Identification of potential project issues, and working in conjunction with other project team members, resolution of those issues to achieve project objectives 交付和/或管理所分配的项目，与其他部门合作以实现预期结果。确认工程项目潜在风险，与其他项目团队成员协调工作，解决这些问题、达成项目目标
• Continuous improvement for equipment & process to reduce the safety and quality risk, improve equipment stability with labor efficiency 在工厂设备安装调试后进行持续工艺改善， 以降低安全和质量风险， 提高设备稳定性及人工效率
• Be familiar with the facility related activities, such as compressed air system, HVAC

• Understand and implement national laws and regulations of work safety, involve in improving company's safety management system and evaluate the operation performance. 了解、执行国家安全生产相关法律法规，参与完善公司安全管理体系并评估考核运行绩效。

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

岗位资质

Knowledge / Education 教育背景

Bachelor degree in Automation or Electrical Engineering, master degree preferred

• 或电气工程学士学位，硕士优先

Job Experience 工作经验

5+ years’ related working equipment experience, with project experience preferred.

• 5年以上设备管理相关工作经验, 具有项目工作经历优先

Skills / Competencies 技术能力 Communication skills 有一定的交流技巧 Working knowledge of problem solving skills (process map, risk assessment, cause and effect diagrams, Pareto analysis, etc.) 问题解决的技能（例如，过程流程、风险评估、因果矩阵、柏拉分析等） Familiar with PLC equipment mechanic and electrician system. Preferred 熟悉PLC系统及电子系统及设备机械优先 Facility related experience preferred

Credential 证书

Low voltage certification is preferred拥有低压电工操作证优先

Language / Computer 语言计算机能力

Good English spoken and listening and Excellent Office skill.

• Office办公软件使用能力，尤其是PowerPoint制作

Others 其他

6 Sigma/Lean Leader and PMP project management is preferred

Sigma及精益方面的认证以及项目管理经验优先

Familiar with Auto CAD, Solider Works etc 熟悉Auto CAD, Solider Works等软件。
