Sr. Manager - Transaction FinanceThe Portfolio Lease Administration Senior Manager oversees the account’s lease portfolio, ensuring accurate lease management, compliance with established policies and best practices, and the integrity of lease and financial data. The role is responsible for leading a team of lease administrators, driving process optimization, and ensuring efficient and scalable lease administration operations.
The Senior Manager is also accountable for optimizing payment workflows, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, the role provides strategic insights to enhance service delivery, improve team performance, and strengthen client satisfaction.
In addition, the position supports audit readiness (including SOC 1 compliance), enables adherence to IFRS 16 accounting requirements, ensures strong client engagement, and drives continuous improvement through effective resource optimization and robust operational processes.
About the Role:
About You:
8+ years related professional experience, including people management experience.
Intermediate knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) regulations including an intermediate knowledge of financial terms and principles to include accounting methods (cash, accrual, and full GAAP).
