Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Global Total Rewards leads a geographically dispersed team of Total Rewards Partners and/or Benefits Specialists and is responsible for the design, delivery, execution, and continuous improvement of global Total Rewards programs, processes, and strategic initiatives across regions. Partnering closely with the Director, Global Total Rewards, the Senior Manager translates Total Rewards strategy into practical, scalable, and compliant programs that support business objectives, talent attraction, retention, and engagement. This role combines people leadership with hands-on execution across compensation, benefits, M&A integration, pay transparency readiness, and issue resolution, while serving as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders.

Direct Reports: 3-4 Total Rewards Partners and/or Benefits Specialists supporting the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions

Key Partners: HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, M&A teams, and external vendors/consultants

Responsibilities

Total Rewards Program Design, Delivery & Governance

· Lead the design, delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of global Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, job architecture, job leveling, incentive plans, pay transparency, and pay equity; serve as a subject matter expert on complex Total Rewards matters.

· Serve as the operational leader for U.S. and Canada benefits programs, managing day-to-day administration, benefits case management and escalations, and compliance activities.

· Lead and execute annual compensation processes, including salary structure management, market analysis, merit planning, and incentive cycle activities.

· Analyze globally, compensation, benefits, workforce, and cost data to evaluate program effectiveness, identify risks, and develop recommendations, dashboards, models, and executive-ready presentations.

· Develop and deliver communications, training, and guidance materials that translate complex Total Rewards concepts into clear, practical guidance.

· Manage vendor relationships, contract renewals, program costs, and service delivery; provide recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Compliance, Policy & M&A Integration

· Monitor and mitigate compliance, governance, and operational risks while supporting scalable and effective program delivery, including pay transparency requirements, pay equity initiatives, and U.S. and Canada benefits compliance obligations.

· Lead and perform hands-on M&A due diligence and integration activities, including compensation and benefits assessments, job leveling and market pricing, risk evaluation, and transition planning.

Team Leadership & Development

· Establish team priorities, allocate resources, manage workloads, and ensure effective delivery of Total Rewards programs and processes.

· Coach, develop, and manage team performance while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree or HR certification preferred.

· 10+ years of progressive Total Rewards or compensation experience within a global organization, including 1-3 years in a leadership role.

· 10+ years of progressive experience in U.S. benefit plan administration and ERISA compliance.

· Strong expertise in compensation design, job architecture, market benchmarking, pay transparency, pay equity, regulatory compliance, and analytics.

· Experience leading global processes, cross-functional initiatives, complex projects, and M&A due diligence or integration activities in a decentralized environment.

· Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and executive-ready materials.

· Advanced Excel skills required. Experience with SuccessFactors and Aon Radford methodology preferred.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, project management, and vendor management skills.

At Bruker, the base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $126,450.00 and $224,500.00 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive in addition to a full range of benefits, including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program and paid time off including vacation, sick time and holidays, and more.
