This role leads the team that makes adopting AI at T-Mobile fast, easy, and frictionless. This is a builder's role. You'll design the experiences and processes that let teams bring AI into their work quickly, with the guardrails handled in the background rather than in their way. You'll own the enterprise's front-door experience for AI — one simple path in, smart routing to the right partners, and enablement that helps teams move. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
