The Sr. Manager, Talent Business Partners leads a team of field Talent Business Partners (TBP), ensuring the effective delivery of Talent support and services across Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) at a regional level. This role is responsible for contributing to the execution of the national Talent strategy, supporting a VP, Sales & Distribution, Regional and business Leaders, and enabling the organization to achieve its operational and strategic goals. The Sr. Manager, TBP provides leadership, guidance, and operational expertise to their team, while ensuring the smooth execution of Talent processes and initiatives within their area of responsibility.
Lead & Manage the TBP Team
Provide leadership and direction to TBP team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Talent strategy.
Foster a high-performing team culture by coaching, mentoring, and developing direct reports.
Identify and promote opportunities to drive engagement as a team and individual basis.
Allocate resources effectively to address business priorities and ensure the delivery of high-quality Talent support across the organization.
Contribute to the Execution of the Talent Strategy
Collaborate with the VP, Talent Business Partners and Talent Leadership peers to implement the Talent strategy at a national level.
Ensure Talent initiatives and programs are aligned with business objectives and drive organizational success.
Operate with a One Team Mindset. Act as a strategic partner to peers, business leaders, providing guidance on Talent-related matters and influencing decision-making.
Oversee Talent Processes & Projects
Support the implementation of Talent processes, tools, and methodologies within the organization.
Oversee the execution of Talent projects and initiatives led by TBPs.
Identify opportunities to improve and streamline Talent processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Enable Business Success Through Talent Expertise
Partner with business leaders to understand their challenges, provide tailored Talent solutions, and ultimately cultivate high-performance and top talent within the region.
Support the planning and execution of localized TBP people strategies, executing talent management, workforce planning, engagement, culture, and organizational development initiatives to meet current and future business needs through the TBP team.
With TBP team, drive development and retention of talent within the region, participating in the development and presentation of training programs as needed.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Advise and partner with TBPs to assist with coaching and performance management opportunities for employees.
Advise TBPs on investigations and employee relations situations.
Ensure all compliance training is met within the region.
Oversee EEO actions and proactively address and resolve issues or concerns.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices across the organization.
Planning, Analytics, and Insights
Collaborate with Talent Planning & Analytics (TPA) and other teams to support workforce planning cycles by providing input and ensuring alignment with business needs.
Ensure the team leverages available analytics tools and resources to enhance Talent processes and planning efforts.
Assist in aligning workforce planning efforts with RBDC HQ Teams and Regional Leaders
Collaborate Across Talent & Shared Services Functions
Work closely with other Talent Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement & Development, TPA, Talent Operations, and Total Rewards & Safety to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to Talent delivery within the region.
Act as a key liaison between the TBP team, the broader Talent organization, and internal Shared Services stakeholders.
Represent the regional TBP team in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing business needs.
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$180,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
