The opportunity

The Senior Manager Supply Chain Planning, Retail translates Growth Team priorities, retail plans, and product initiatives into integrated supply, inventory, and execution plans, partnering with Growth Teams and Supply Chain to align production, capacity, sourcing, inventory, and delivery plans. Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Global, the role manages production planning, S&OP support, and inventory planning, with the Dominican Republic and Asia teams reporting into this role to provide regional teams with timely, actionable supply plans. This role takes an end-to-end view from new-product introduction and retail-event planning through production, deployment, and fulfillment, identifying risks, coordinating mitigation actions, and escalating issues to support service, availability, and business results.

The role

  • Translate Growth Team priorities into integrated supply & inventory strategy and execution plans that support retail and business objectives.
  • Proactively anticipate and manage end-to-end supply chain risks—including geopolitical, supply, inventory, service, and execution risks—and orchestrate cross-functional mitigation strategies to balance business continuity, service, inventory, cost, and resilience.
  • Ensure supply chain readiness for new product launches, promotions, retail events, and strategic customer initiatives, aligning cross-functional priorities and capabilities to enable seamless execution and on-time delivery.
  • Develop planning talent by coaching team members, strengthening collaboration, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and proactive decision-making.
  • Align with commercial, finance, and supply chain partners to balance service, inventory, cost, capacity, and operational risk.
  • Manage the planning operating rhythm across corporate and regional teams, ensuring clear priorities, accountabilities, timelines, and escalation paths.
  • Support S&OP decision-making by developing planning scenarios, identifying trade-offs, and communicating risks and recommendations.
  • Develop and manage inventory plans that support product availability, lifecycle priorities, customer commitments, and working-capital goals.
  • Oversee production and capacity planning activities to ensure supply plans are executable, aligned to demand, and responsive to business changes.
  • Ensure planning systems, master data, sourcing inputs, lead times, and planning parameters are accurate and maintained to support reliable execution.

The requirements

Education Required

  • University Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.

Experience Required

  • 12 years.

Key Competencies and Success Factors

  • Progressive experience in supply chain, production planning, inventory planning, S&OP, or related planning leadership roles.
  • Ability to translate commercial and retail priorities into practical supply, inventory, and execution plans.
  • Experience leading cross-functional planning processes and coordinating work across commercial, finance, regional, and supply chain teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of production planning, inventory management, capacity planning, product lifecycle management, and new-product introduction.
  • Strong working knowledge of cross functional partner roles including logistics, distribution, customer service order management
  • Experience using planning systems, ERP platforms, master data, and planning parameters to support accurate and reliable execution.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to manage trade-offs across service, inventory, cost, capacity, and risk.
  • Strong communication, influencing, problem-solving, and change-management skills, with the ability to engage leaders and cross-functional partners effectively.
