The Global Supply Management (GSM) Function is recognized as a critical function for business success. The Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Operations, China is responsible for leading regional supply chain operations across Integrated Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Operations. This role ensures reliable service delivery, drives operational excellence and continuous improvement, and partners across the business and disciplines to optimize processes, and enhance customer satisfaction. The leader will foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and talent development while advancing digitalization and automation initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and performance, in close partnership with Supply Chain Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day Supply Chain Operations across North America, ensuring effective and efficient execution of Integrated Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Operations processes.
• Establish, monitor, and improve service delivery performance through KPIs, dashboards, and operating reviews, with a focus on service, quality, productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide strategic leadership for the regional operations organization, including workforce planning, resource allocation, and alignment with global standards and regional business requirements.
• Collaborate with other Regional SC operations organization to ensure consistency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regional supply chain operational matters, building strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and levels, including business leadership, COE leads, global process owners, and executive leadership.
• Partner closely with Supply Chain COEs to align regional operations with enterprise policies, standards, governance, and escalation processes; provide operational input on process effectiveness and improvement opportunities; and support adoption of new tools, standards, and ways of working.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement; build bench strength and succession plans; and provide interim leadership support when critical capability or transition gaps arise.
• Identify and lead process optimization initiatives to simplify, standardize, and improve end-to-end processes, controls, and service outcomes across the regional supply chain organization.
• Lead and support organizational and process changes, ensuring successful implementation of new ways of working, technologies, and resource models in partnership with process owners, COEs, and key stakeholders.
• Partner with Operations, Digital, and COE leaders to define and prioritize a portfolio of digital, automation, and analytics initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance the customer experience.
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and resource plans to ensure effective utilization of spend and achievement of operational and financial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, SOX, and company policy requirements; proactively identify and mitigate operational risks to protect continuity, accuracy, and control.
Travel Requirements: Up to 10% domestic and international travel, as needed.
Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, or related field required
• 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, shared services, or related functions
• 3+ years of people leadership experience
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, process improvement efforts, and organizational change in a matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience leading supply chain shared services or centralized operations teams
• Experience with ERP, planning, procurement, logistics, customer service, or workflow automation platforms
• Demonstrated ability to shift effectively between strategic planning and hands-on operational execution
• Experience supporting digital transformation, automation, or analytics-driven process improvements
• Experience working in partnership with Centers of Excellence, global process owners, or other governance-focused teams
