Sr. Manager Strategic HR & Digital Projects

We are looking for a proactive HR professional who is passionate about talent management, continuous improvement, and organisational effectiveness. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to global HR initiatives, work closely with business and HR stakeholders, and help shape a modern, data-driven people function.

Your Responsibilities

• Support and drive organisational transformation initiatives, including organizational design, workforce transformation, productivity improvement programs, and M&A activities
• Contribute to the development and execution of transformation roadmaps aligned with business and people priorities
• Partner with senior leaders, HR teams, and key stakeholders to align people strategies with business priorities
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and timely execution
• Manage project governance, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Act as the key project liaison between HR, Operations, Finance, and other business functions
• Drive change management, communication, and engagement activities to support adoption of new ways of working
• Contribute to the development of organisational capabilities, workforce planning, and future skills strategies
• Support digital and AI-enabled transformation initiatives by assessing workforce impacts and helping build organisational readiness
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of organizational capability frameworks, skills architecture, and workforce planning strategies
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and business performance

Your Profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Psychology, or a related field
• Significant experience in HR Business Partnership, Talent Management, HR Operations, HR Technology, and/or HR Strategy
• Proven success in designing, implementing, and continuously improving HR processes, particularly in Talent Management
• Passion for digital innovation, workforce transformation, and continuous improvement; experience in manufacturing environments or M&A activities is an advantage
• Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and translate business priorities into effective people solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating effectively in matrix organisations
• Strong project management, change management, and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a data-driven mindset
• Fluent in English and German
