Job Description

The Sr. Manager, Store Operations Strategy & Analytics is responsible for driving operational effectiveness, process standardization, reporting and analytics, financial stewardship, and operational support programs across the retail organization. This role partners closely with Stores, Field Leadership, and Corporate teams to develop and improve store operating procedures, enhance execution, manage expense controls, and lead cross-functional initiatives that improve productivity, reduce costs, and strengthen the associate and customer experience. The Sr. Manager serves as a critical link between stores and corporate partners, leveraging data, process & productivity improvement, project management, and operational expertise to ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement across all locations.

Essential Functions:

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop team members and direct reports.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration, and customer service excellence. • Create an inclusive work environment that encourages innovation, diverse perspectives, and professional growth.
  • Establish clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and support career development.
  • Influence and support operational excellence across stores and cross-functional business partners.

Reporting, Analytics & Business Performance

  • Develop and maintain operational reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and key performance metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions and performance goals.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy and continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes.
  • Drive store productivity improvement
  • Support Omni initiatives

Project Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and support cross-functional projects, system enhancements, store openings and closures, and operational initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
  • Partner with Asset Protection, Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Technology, Human Resources, and Field Leadership to achieve business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and serve as a liaison between stores and corporate teams.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Required


Experience:

  • 4-6 years in retail operations, business operations, process improvement, or related fields Required


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • MicroStrategy & Excel proficiency.
  • Experience managing operational processes, reporting, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across a complex organization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with reporting, analytics, and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
