
The Product Training and Information (PTI) organization is responsible for creating and publishing documentation and training deliverables according to the global and regional standards for Dematic products, modules, subsystems, solutions, and software. PTI is an enabling function, aligning with Dematic strategy and priorities to enable effective project execution and customer support.
As the leader of the software technical writing team, you will lead the technical writers who design, write, and publish internal documentation and customer-facing deliverables for Dematic’s global software platforms. You will foster a positive, supportive team environment that promotes work–life balance and recognition, so team members feel valued, engaged, and motivated.
You will be responsible for team achievement of goals for writing high quality documentation deliverables that enable the Dematic Software Organization to effectively deploy Dematic’s Next Gen Software to customers globally, how to use Dematic software to design and test systems, and to arm our customers with ‘help’ that enables them to confidently use the software to run their inbound, outbound, and internal operations, understand data for reporting and decision-making.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $ 123,200 - $154,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
