The Social Marketing team is made up of creatives, social strategists, editors, content producers, and meme enthusiasts — entertainment fans who bring the joy of watching Netflix into the social feed. We meet fans wherever they spend time outside the service, curating and creating content across YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok and beyond, and driving conversation about our brand and titles both inside and outside our owned channels. By listening to our audiences and communities, we uncover the passions and insights that help fans discover new shows, movies, and talent — and fall even more in love with something they've already watched or will watch next. In this team, you'll create conversation about Netflix by bringing our content into the local social zeitgeist through best-in-class creative.
We’re looking for an experienced strategic leader who breathes and lives online/digital pop culture, is passionate and curious about entertainment, and knows how to build and run a high-performing team. Most importantly, you will have significant strategic experience in building brands through social media, with experience in audience and creator strategies. In addition, you’ll combine strong people and project management with creative thinking and a natural ability to tell engaging stories through our channels — always on top of everything social-media-related, always driven to learn and test new things. You are both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to turn bold ideas into best-in-class social executions that reflect the Netflix brand and, above all, generate conversation.
