((Demand Planning Transformation))

Lead the Demand Planning transformation initiative within SAP IBP, driving process standardization, forecast accuracy improvements, and adoption of advanced planning and AI-enabled forecasting capabilities across the organization. Partner with business leaders, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to design, implement, and sustain best-in-class demand planning processes that improve forecast reliability, inventory productivity, service levels, and business performance.

This role will serve as the primary owner for Demand Planning process design, SAP IBP optimization, forecasting strategy, governance, analytics, and change management within an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) environment. The successful candidate will leverage statistical forecasting, machine learning, AI-driven demand sensing, and predictive analytics to enhance forecast accuracy, identify demand risks and opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making. Combining strong planning expertise, SAP IBP knowledge, advanced analytics skills, and cross-functional leadership, this individual will drive digital transformation and deliver measurable business value through continuous improvement and intelligent planning capabilities.

The Sr. Manager, SIOP for the Lennox Residential HVAC business leads the end-to-end process that aligns sales forecasts, inventory, and production capacity to optimize inventory levels, meet customer demand, and drive operational efficiency. This cross-functional role balances demand and supply, ensuring the organization operates on a unified plan. This role reports to the Home Comfort Solutions SIOP team and works closely with the LRH Leadership Team.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the SIOP process Facilitate monthly cycles including demand review, supply planning, and executive consensus meetings.
  • Demand & inventory planning Generate and monitor forecasts, adjust safety stocks, and evaluate forecast performance.
  • Supply alignment Assess production and purchasing needs based on demand, adjusting schedules and material availability accordingly.
  • Cross-functional collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, production, purchasing, and finance to ensure forecasts and operational plans are accurate and aligned.
  • Meeting facilitation & coordination Lead SIOP meetings, manage agendas, document action items, and ensure follow-through across functions.
  • Data integrity & reporting Maintain accurate data within ERP/MRP systems, track KPIs (forecast accuracy, inventory levels, on-time delivery), and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Change agent Champion process standardization, system enhancements, and operational improvements.

Typical Workday & Environment

  • A dynamic mix of meetings with sales, production, purchasing, and finance teams to update forecasts and resolve gaps.
  • Office-based with some on-site time in manufacturing or ; up to ~10% travel may be required.
  • Interaction with global/regional stakeholders, possibly across multiple time zones.

What We Are Looking For

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience 5–10 years in SIOP/S&OP, integrated demand-supply planning, and inventory optimization roles.
  • Technical expertise
    • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, APO, IBP), advanced Excel, statistical forecasting, and analytics tools.
    • Strong understanding of demand planning, capacity modeling, inventory management, and network optimization.
  • Analytical & problem-solving Capable of dissecting forecasts vs. actuals, developing simulations, and formulating cost-effective strategies.
  • Communication & leadership Ability to lead and influence across functions, manage multi-stakeholder meetings, foster consensus, and guide change initiatives.

What We Offer

Compensation This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $139,200-$182,700 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
