About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect, Sales Operations to support and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem while helping drive operational excellence across the commercial organization. This role sits at the intersection of Strategic Operations, Sales, and Finance, ensuring Salesforce and related systems effectively support pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and business processes.
The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce administration expertise with strong business acumen and a passion for solving business challenges through practical, scalable solutions. This is a highly hands-on role focused on Salesforce administration, system optimization, user support, reporting, and process improvement.
Working closely with Strategic Operations leadership, the Solution Architect will help design and implement Salesforce enhancements that improve operational efficiency, data quality, user experience, and business visibility. The role serves as both a trusted advisor and hands-on administrator, helping stakeholders maximize the value of Salesforce and related systems while ensuring long-term scalability and maintainability.

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. The base salary range for this role is $118k-$177k per year. Compensation is determined based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, job-related education and training, location, and internal equity. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
