The Senior Manager, Sales Operations is a critical member of the Commercial Organization, responsible for driving cross-functional alignment on business and financial goals through strategic insight, advanced analytics, and process excellence. This role serves as a key partner to Commercial Leadership, leading the commercial forecasting process, BHAG management, and the evolution toward an integrated IBP/S&OP model.

Work Environment

This role is open to both hybrid and remote candidates, with a preference for a hybrid work arrangement.The final work location arrangement will be determined during the interview process based on candidate location and business requirements.

Hybrid:If designated as hybrid, the role will be based in Ewing, NJ and requires in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.

Remote:If designated as remote, the role will be performed on a remote basis, with occasional in -person attendance required as business needs dictate.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

PPR Process & Advanced Analytics

· Lead the commercial forecasting process, ensuring consistency, rigor, and alignment with business objectives and operational constraints.

· Collaborate with the Global Technology & Analytics Group to leverage and maintain advanced analytics that evaluate PPR outcomes, including forecast accuracy & bias

· Conduct in-depth analyses of commercial forecasts to validate assumptions and identify leading indicators, trends, and business risks across channels and teams.

· Synthesize insights into clear forecast recommendations and decision-support materials for senior leadership.

· Continuously refine the commercial forecasting process to improve accuracy, operational rigor, and overall sales performance management.

· Partner with cross-functional teams across Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure PPR insights are incorporated into commercial planning, forecasting, and long-range strategy discussions.

Senior-Level Reporting & Engagement

· Lead the management of the 2030 strategic model and serve as a thought partner to Sales Strategy & Commercial Leadership by providing insights and recommendations to shape future growth.

· Manage the BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) process for Sales, including progress tracking, monitoring key milestones, and proactively identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities.

· Facilitate executive business reviews to ensure business objectives and BHAG initiatives remain on track and that outcomes are clearly defined.

· Develop and support executive-level presentations and reports, including quarterly business reviews and Commercial Leadership updates.

· Translate complex analyses into concise, actionable insights for senior leadership.

Skills & Competencies

· Strategic Agility and strong business acumen

· High attention to detail and comfort working with complex datasets

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

· Technical proficiency in Circana, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI

Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

· 5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, RGM, or a related analytical role (CPG experience preferred).

· Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and deliver executive-ready insights.

Compensation and Benefits

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is$130,200-$185,400 This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.  Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
