What You'll Do

As a Senior Sales Manager, Action Line, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a team of Sales Managers, TO Managers, and Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Drive overall sales productivity, profitability, and net sales volume through effective leadership and execution.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop top-performing sales talent.
  • Create and maintain a positive, high-energy sales culture focused on performance, recognition, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Monitor sales activity, analyze key performance metrics, and implement strategic action plans to maximize results.
  • Ensure consistent execution of Hilton Grand Vacations sales processes, customer engagement standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to execute business strategies and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Reinforce exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales presentation and closing process.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team performance through ongoing coaching, training, and leadership development.
  • Lead by example while upholding the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and service excellence.
  • Champion the Hilton Grand Vacations brand and Spirit of Service culture in every interaction.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an accomplished sales leader with a proven track record of driving results within the vacation ownership industry. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, inspiring coach, and performance-driven leader who can elevate team success while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of successful front-to-back timeshare or vacation ownership sales experience.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager, TO Manager, Closing Manager, or equivalent sales leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and consistently exceed sales objectives.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

This position has a base salary of $90,000 plus commission.
