Primary Function of Position

Intuitive is seeking a Senior Manager, Regional Clinical Marketing, who will partner with a team of clinical marketing professionals across the Asia Region and lead the development of marketing capabilities that support the clinical audience (surgeons and care teams) journey through awareness, conversion, adoption, and sustainability.

This individual will act as a trusted strategic advisor in the marketing of a predefined set of specialties and procedures. They will partner closely with a team of Market-based clinical marketers in Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, and India.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform a strategic analysis of Regional clinical opportunities and readiness. Establish alignment with key internal stakeholders on the Regional clinical marketing roadmap and tactical plans.

  • Act as a strategic and execution leader in coordinating clinical audience-related marketing initiatives with Market-level clinical audience marketing teams. Leverage clinical marketing expertise from other Regions and teams and localize relevant marketing resources in the Region and each target Market.

  • Support each Asia Market in their local clinical audience segmentation, persona development, and KOL development efforts.

  • Oversee and guide localization efforts of specialty-specific clinical value messages in Asia.

  • Support Market-level clinical marketers in creating the necessary collaterals, programs, and customer engagement channels to engage surgeon and care team audiences.

  • Create a Region-wide society engagement strategy and build tactical execution plans. Build regional KOLs and programs.

  • Help the local clinical marketing teams pull through and apply patient-facing educational and awareness programs and content in their Markets, as appropriate.

  • Build marketing capabilities to measure the impact of clinical marketing events and help Markets adjust their tactics in real time.

  • Capture the voice of the customer across the Region and elevate it to corporate teams for Region-specific campaigns, programs, and services. Monitor industry activities and support reactive/proactive message and program creation efforts.

Qualifications

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical, clinical, or business discipline. MS, MBA, or higher degrees preferred.

  • 10+ years of well-rounded marketing experience in positions of increasing responsibility in Asia, with a focus on procedure/specialty-specific marketing.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in surgeon-facing marketing with a history of driving the adoption of clinical therapies in a therapeutic medical device company. Surgical OR experience is required.

  • Strong track record of collaboration in large-scale and matrixed organizations.

  • Proven ability to effectively position and message clinical therapies and products internally and externally.

  • Demonstrated ability for strategic and creative thinking in planning, execution, and overcoming barriers associated with readiness and customer adoption.

  • Strong presence and engagement of others, demonstrating sound reasoning and concise communication as a storyteller.

  • Proven record of accomplishment in execution against quarterly and annual plans: a self-starter and a methodical executor.

  • Ability to travel up to 40% within Asia and globally.

  • This individual must be based in Singapore or one of our Asia Markets.

  • Fluency in English is required.
