As our Project ManagementSr. Manager, you will help drive and deliver complex Revenue Cycle Management initiatives that align with organizational goals and operational priorities. Every day you will lead multiple concurrent projects, partner withcross‑functionalRCM stakeholders to ensuretimelyandaccuratedelivery, andproactively manage risks to keep projects on track. Here’swhat you will experience working as a Project ManagementSr. Manager
Leading and managing multiple RCM-focused projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic initiatives
Developing andmaintainingcomprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Building out a program for global visits, including a checklist and monitoring, and managing multiple projects concurrently.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes on time and within scope
Monitoring project progress,identifyingrisks or issues, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful completion
Driving continuous improvement by conducting post-project evaluations and applying lessons learned to future initiatives
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degreerequired; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Minimum of5-7years of project management experience, preferably within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects concurrently
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $100,171.00 - $145,414.10 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
