
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Project Management to lead a team of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers delivering enterprise healthcare technology implementations. This role combines people leadership with hands-on delivery oversight, ensuring your team executes consistently and at a high level within established GPS delivery standards and governance.
This role plays a key part in advancing PMO maturity, improving delivery predictability, and partnering cross-functionally to support customer outcomes, business growth, and operational efficiency. Success means your team delivers on time, within scope, and to customer expectations -- and that you are developing talent, managing risk proactively, and driving accountability at every level.

**The annual US base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $185,000 This salary range may cover multiple career levels at HealthEdge. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, your skills, experience, qualifications and education.
